  • Designed various areas of a new upscale airport restaurant including bar area, high end display kitchen, warewashing, back of house production, and refrigerated and dry storage areas.
  • Provided schematic design, construction documents, fabrication details, equipment specification, and close out / as built documents.
  • Maximized seating while allowing for the necessary prep and cooking area to accomplish their unique menu and service program.
  • Overcame space allocation and code challenges of the unique space.
  • Design enables kitchen to be staffed with as few as one person during slowest times, but is also equipped to handle the busiest of times and maintain speed of service and quality production.
