  • Designed and specified the new dietary department for a programmed 500 license bed hospital
  • Included 8,458 square foot kitchen with two patient tray assembly stations designed for room service style of service. Also included ample refrigerated and dry storage, cold prep, hot production, warewashing, and trash holding
  • Included 4,122 square foot serving area which included concepts such as pizza/pasta, grill, cold salad display, and display cooking
